Forms tied to a campaign, an event or a seasonal offer need to open and close at the right moment. Doing that by hand means remembering to publish and unpublish pages, and a missed step leaves a dead form or an open one that should be shut. This add-on moves that job into the form settings, where you define the exact start and end, including the time of day.

Outside the active window, the form is replaced by a pending message (before it opens) or an expired message (after it closes). Both can be customized, and shortcodes let you add dynamic content or extra instructions. The date check runs when the form renders and again on submission, so a visitor cannot get around the schedule with a direct request. It works as an add-on for JetFormBuilder and is managed from the WordPress dashboard.
