LatePoint Addon - SMS Twilio

Clients forget appointments, and staff lose time contacting them one by one. This add-on handles that routine communication by sending SMS messages automatically at the points that matter: when a booking is confirmed, when it is coming up, and when something changes or is cancelled.

To get it running, you need a Twilio account and its API credentials. Paste the Account SID and Auth Token into the LatePoint settings page and text messaging switches on. You then pick the sender identity: a Twilio phone number, or an alphanumeric sender ID where your country allows it. Clinics, salons and consultancies are typical fits.
