WS Form PRO - Webex

Running virtual events usually means copying registrant details from a website into a meeting platform by hand. That takes time and invites mistakes. This add-on removes the copying step by linking your WordPress registration forms directly to your Webex account, so registrant details sync with Webex and your attendee lists stay current.

You build the form with the WS Form PRO drag-and-drop interface, with no coding needed, and style it to match your site. Conditional logic, validation rules and spam protection help keep the data clean. It suits small webinars as well as larger virtual conferences, and one form can handle several Webex events.

Features

• Webex account integration: Webinar and meeting registrations sync with your Webex account, so attendee details reach Webex without anyone entering them by hand.
• Drag-and-drop form builder: Build fully customizable registration forms with a visual interface. No coding is required to put a form together and place it on your site.
• Custom styling options: Adjust the look of each form to match your brand and website design, so registration feels like a natural part of your pages.
• Real-time registrant updates: Registrant information is captured and updated within Webex as people sign up, which keeps attendee lists accurate and current.
• Conditional logic: Show or hide form fields based on how a person answers earlier questions, which keeps registration forms short and relevant to each visitor.
• Multi-event support: Manage registrations for several Webex meetings and webinars from a single form instead of building a separate form for each event.
• Validation and spam protection: Customizable validation checks help keep submitted data clean and complete, while built-in spam filters and CAPTCHA options protect your registrant data.
• Email list and data export: Add registrants to your mailing lists automatically, and export registration data in formats such as CSV or Excel for analysis or backup.
