Overview
Real estate sites need to present many listings clearly and let visitors narrow them down fast. Real Estate 7 handles this with a built-in property search and filtering system, plus grid, list and map layouts for browsing. The design is fully responsive, so listings read well on desktops and smartphones alike.
The theme also covers the site owner's side of the work. You can adjust layouts, colors and fonts without writing code, and add, edit and organize listings from one place. Header options can be styled from the theme options, and lead capture forms collect client inquiries. IDX and MLS integration readiness suits brokers who work with listing databases, and translation and RTL support help with multilingual sites.
Features
- Fully responsive design: The layout adapts to desktops, tablets and smartphones, so property listings stay readable and easy to browse on whatever device a buyer or renter uses.
- Customizable layouts and styles: Adjust layouts, colors, fonts and functionality to match your brand identity, all without writing code. Header styles also have their own color settings in the theme options.
- Property management system: Add, edit and organize listings from within WordPress. Options for features such as favorite listings, compare listings, saved searches and email alerts can be switched on or off.
- Search and filters: Visitors can narrow down properties with intuitive search criteria and filters, which makes it simpler to find the listings that match what they want.
- IDX and MLS ready: The theme is ready for IDX and MLS integration, so it can connect with real estate databases and fit into the workflow of agents and brokers.
- Google Maps and listing views: Show property locations on an interactive map, and choose between grid, list or map views to present listings the way that suits your site.
- Lead capture forms: Built-in forms let visitors send inquiries from the site, giving you a way to gather and manage client contacts directly in WordPress.
- Translation and RTL support: The theme supports translation and right-to-left languages, which makes it practical for real estate sites that serve multilingual audiences.
