YITH WooCommerce Uploads Premium

Stores that sell custom items often collect artwork, photos, PDFs or signed documents by email. Attachments get lost, messages pile up, and it becomes hard to tell which file belongs to which order. This plugin moves that exchange into the store itself, so customers submit files as part of buying and you see them next to the order they belong to.

You decide where uploads appear: on specific products, the cart page, checkout or the thank you page. Files can be linked to a single product in an order or to the whole order. You can accept or reject each file, ask for a new one, and add notes for the customer. Customers can also remove or update attachments, depending on the order statuses you define.

Features

• Uploads during purchase: Customers attach files while they shop, which makes it easy to collect the details needed for personalized orders such as custom T-shirts or documents that need a signature.
• Files on the order page: Uploaded files appear on the WooCommerce order page in your dashboard, so everything for an order stays in one place instead of scattered across email threads.
• Accept or reject files: Review each upload and accept it or reject it. If a file is not suitable, you can request a new upload from the customer.
• Flexible upload locations: Enable uploads on specific products, the cart page, checkout or the thank you page, so files are requested at the point that fits your process.
• Multiple file types: The plugin supports images, PDFs, documents and graphics, which covers a wide range of customization needs.
• Separate files per unit: Split items of the same product in the cart so customers can upload a different file for each unit they order.
• Notes and email updates: Customers and admins can add notes to uploaded files, and customers receive email notifications when a file is accepted or rejected.
• Editable by order status: Let customers remove or update attachments based on the order statuses you define, and organize files by order ID or order number.
