Forminator Pro

Many sites need more than a basic contact form. You may want to take a payment, collect a signature, run a quiz or let visitors finish a long form later. Forminator Pro covers these jobs in one plugin, so you do not have to piece together several tools. The drag-and-drop interface keeps the building process approachable, even for people who do not write code.

Fields can repeat, follow conditional logic and run calculations, which helps when a form has to match a specific workflow. Submissions can produce PDFs, and those PDFs can be password protected. Stripe and PayPal handle one-time and recurring payments, and spam protection is available through reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile. Styling controls let you match each form to your brand.

Features

• Drag-and-drop form builder: Design forms, quizzes and polls visually in an interface made for people who do not want to write code.
• PDF generation from submissions: Create PDFs automatically from form entries for record-keeping and sharing. Generated files can be password protected with a fixed password or a value from the submission.
• Stripe and PayPal payments: Accept one-time and recurring payments through Stripe and PayPal, including Stripe subscriptions for memberships and services. The currency list includes Ghana Cedi (GHS).
• E-signature field: Add digital signing to forms so approvals, contracts and consent forms can be completed on your own site.
• Conditional logic and calculations: Use repeatable fields, conditional logic and calculations to build dynamic forms. Checkbox and Multi-select fields can also limit how many options a visitor selects.
• Spam protection options: Guard forms with reCAPTCHA, hCaptcha or Turnstile, and review flagged entries using the Spam status filter.
• Save and resume drafts: Let visitors save a partly finished form and come back later to complete it.
• Quizzes and polls: Build interactive quizzes with email notifications and social sharing, or polls with image support, live results and custom styling.
