User Registration LearnDash

Running a course site often means two separate jobs: getting people registered and then placing them in the right course. Done by hand, that takes time and invites mistakes. User Registration LearnDash joins the two steps, so a person who completes your registration form is assigned to the LearnDash courses you chose, with no admin action needed afterward.

The plugin is an add-on for LearnDash and works with the User Registration form builder. You create forms with drag-and-drop fields, build registration pages that match your brand, and set which courses each form enrolls people into. Learners can later see their registered courses and progress from their account page, while administrators review registrations and course assignments in the WordPress dashboard.

Features

• Automatic course enrollment: Users are enrolled in the LearnDash courses you specify as soon as they register, which saves time and removes errors that come with enrolling people by hand.
• Custom registration pages: Build responsive registration pages for your LearnDash courses so the signup experience matches your brand and looks tidy on any screen.
• Learner account integration: Learners can view their enrolled courses and track their progress from a dedicated account page connected to the User Registration profile.
• Drag-and-drop form builder: Create WordPress registration forms in minutes using drag-and-drop customization and multiple field types, without writing code.
• Conditional course assignment: Assign LearnDash courses based on conditions set in the form, so different registrants can be placed into different courses.
• Synced user and course data: The add-on is designed for LearnDash, keeping user data and course enrollments in step so access is ready once registration is complete.
• User management in the dashboard: Review registered users with detailed registration records and course assignments directly from the WordPress dashboard.
• Mobile-friendly forms: Registration forms and pages are responsive, so they work on desktops, smartphones and tablets.
