User Registration Cloud Storage

Sites that collect documents at sign-up often end up with files piling up on the web server or arriving by hand. This plugin moves that work to cloud storage. A user attaches a file in the registration form, and the file is sent to your connected Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon S3 account without any manual handling.

It works within the WP User Registration ecosystem and is compatible with WP User Registration Pro. You pick the cloud service that fits your setup and set the storage paths to keep uploads organized. Because files sit in the cloud, your server holds less data, and administrators can reach user files through their cloud storage apps. It fits membership sites, e-learning portals and community forums.

Features

• Three cloud storage options: Connect registration forms to Google Drive, Dropbox or Amazon S3, so you can choose the storage service that matches your needs and budget.
• Uploads during sign-up: Users submit the documents you need directly through the registration form, which removes the need to collect files by email or other manual routes.
• Automated file transfer: User uploads move to your chosen cloud storage automatically, which cuts down on administrative work and the chance of lost or disorganized files.
• Customizable storage paths: Set where files land inside your cloud accounts so they are organized logically and easy to find when you need to retrieve them.
• Less load on your server: Files are stored in the cloud instead of on your web server, so large volumes of uploads do not fill up your hosting space.
• Scalable storage: Cloud storage grows with your site, so the plugin can handle a growing number of uploaded files as your user base expands.
• Works with WP User Registration Pro: The plugin is compatible with WP User Registration Pro and extends the core plugin for more advanced handling of user data.
• Manage files from anywhere: Administrators can open and manage user files through cloud storage apps, without logging in to the WordPress dashboard each time.
