Plain text boxes and dropdowns are not always the best way to ask for a rating. This add-on gives Gravity Forms a star rating field that people can understand at a glance. It suits product surveys, service feedback forms and event evaluations, where a quick score is easier to give and easier to read than a written answer.

You can place several rating fields in one form, which helps when you want separate scores for different parts of an experience.
