Overview

Default store search often returns results that are slow to scan or only loosely related to the query. This plugin adds a live search field that shows matching products as the customer types, with images and prices in the results. Shoppers can also add items to the cart from the results. It suits stores with hundreds or thousands of products, where finding the right item takes effort.

Behind the search field, the plugin indexes your products and updates the index when you add, change or remove items. Search weights help rank results by how well they match the keywords. A custom cache that works with Redis and Memcached supports larger catalogs. Search analytics show what customers search for and which terms find nothing, which can guide stock and marketing choices. Setup is automated and works with popular WooCommerce themes such as Storefront and its child themes.
