Overview

Repeat buyers often enter payment details again and again. Wallet for WooCommerce gives them a stored balance they can top up and spend in a few clicks. The balance can cover an entire order as its own payment gateway, including manual orders, or cover part of it while another payment method pays the rest. Refunds from orders can go straight back into the wallet.

The plugin also gives store admins ways to shape how the wallet is used. You can award bonus funds on top-ups, credit wallets for actions like signups, daily logins and product reviews, issue gift vouchers that hold wallet balance, and set expiry dates on balances. It works with Woo Subscriptions, Cart and Checkout Blocks, YayCurrency and WooCommerce Multi-Currency Switcher.

  • Wallet top-ups: Customers add funds to their wallet account on your store and use the balance to pay for future purchases, which gives them control over how much they spend.
  • Partial wallet payments: Shoppers can apply part of their wallet balance at checkout and pay the remainder with another payment method. An option also lets wallet funds apply to tax costs.

  • Gift vouchers and expiry: Generate gift vouchers that carry wallet balance for users to redeem, and set expiration dates on wallet balances to fit your promotions.
  • Refunds, emails and admin controls: Order refunds can be returned to the wallet, customers get email alerts for wallet activity, and admins manage balances, transaction logs and fees.
