Customer Email Verification

Fake registrations, spam accounts and orders placed with invalid emails create clutter and risk for an online store. Customer Email Verification addresses this by asking customers to confirm their address with a unique OTP. Verification can run when someone registers, when a guest checks out, and for free product orders, where made-up addresses are often used to abuse promotions.

The plugin also covers login. It can send email alerts about login activity and ask for an OTP when a customer signs in from a new device or after a period of inactivity. Verification popups and emails can be customized with your own design, colors and messaging, and a built-in list of disposable email domains (430+) can be used to block throwaway addresses. Store managers can review an Unverified Users list and manage verification status.
