Overview
Text-only reviews can feel thin, and many buyers never write one at all. This plugin lets customers upload photos with their feedback, so your product pages carry real images from people who bought the item. Visitors get a clearer picture of how products look in everyday use, which helps them decide with more confidence.
The reminder system works from your WooCommerce order data. After a purchase, it emails the customer and invites them to review the product and add photos. You can write the emails in your own voice, choose which reviews and photos appear, and use the settings without writing code. It is built for WooCommerce stores that want a steady flow of customer feedback.
Features
- Photo review submission: Customers can upload photos together with their written reviews, so product testimonials include real images alongside the text.
- Automated review reminders: The plugin sends reminder emails to customers after they buy, inviting them to leave a review and share photos of the product.
- Customizable email templates: Edit the review request emails so they match your brand voice and style before they go out to customers.
- Review moderation: Decide which reviews and photos appear on your site, so the content shown stays relevant and meets your standards.
- Rich snippets support: Star ratings and review snippets can appear in search engine results, giving searchers a quick view of product feedback.
- Responsive display: Review submission and display are designed to work across devices, including phones and tablets.
- WooCommerce order integration: Reminders use WooCommerce order data, so you can target them by order status and timing.
- Multi-language support: The plugin works with popular translation plugins, which lets you collect reviews from customers in different languages.
