Restrict Content Pro - Custom Renew

Renewal reminders are often the last message a member reads before a subscription lapses. Default automated emails tend to sound generic and transactional. Restrict Content Pro – Custom Renew lets you write those messages yourself, in your own voice and with your own branding, so they read like they came from your site.

The add-on works inside Restrict Content Pro, so you edit renewal emails in the same place you already manage memberships. You can use placeholders to fill in subscriber details, set when emails go out, and write different messages for different membership levels. It suits membership sites that want clearer, more personal renewal communication.

Features

• Custom renewal email templates: Edit the renewal email templates so the wording and branding match your site, replacing the generic default messages members would otherwise receive.
• Dynamic content placeholders: Add placeholders that fill in subscriber-specific details automatically, so each renewal email feels personal without writing individual messages by hand.
• Built into Restrict Content Pro: The editing interface sits inside Restrict Content Pro, so you can make quick changes and updates without any technical expertise.
• Scheduled renewal emails: Schedule renewal emails at intervals you choose, so members hear from you at timely points before their subscription expires.
• Messages by membership level: Multi-tier memberships are supported, so you can send distinct renewal messages based on each subscription level or plan.
• Automatic sending: Once your custom emails are set up, they are sent automatically, which reduces the administrative work of chasing renewals manually.
• Works with email delivery services: The plugin is compatible with popular email delivery services, which helps your renewal emails reach inboxes rather than spam folders.
• Pairs with tracking tools: The setup can be paired with tracking tools so you can monitor how renewal emails perform and adjust your approach.
