Paid Memberships Pro - Sponsored Members Add On

Selling memberships one person at a time gets awkward when a company, club or family wants to join together. This add-on solves that by letting one primary member sponsor several sub-members. The sponsor handles the group, and each sponsored member gets personal login credentials and can use the membership independently while staying linked to the sponsor.

It works with an existing Paid Memberships Pro setup. Sub-members can register through an automated signup process, and payments are consolidated into a single invoice for the sponsor. Sponsors can view and manage their group from their dashboard, and email notifications go out for actions such as renewals, signups and cancellations. It fits professional associations, fitness clubs and educational organizations.

Features

• Primary member sponsorship: One main member can sponsor and manage multiple sub-members, which keeps group account setup and administration in a single place for the sponsor.
• Centralized billing: Payments for the group are consolidated into a single invoice, so organizations and companies can handle membership fees without tracking separate charges.
• Flexible membership levels: Sponsored members can be placed on different membership levels, giving sponsors the ability to customize access according to their needs.
• Works with Paid Memberships Pro: The add-on runs on top of your existing Paid Memberships Pro setup, without any complex configuration to get group memberships going.
• Automated sub-member signup: Sub-members can register quickly, which reduces friction when a sponsor needs to onboard several users at once.
• Personal logins for members: Each sponsored member receives their own login credentials and can use the full membership benefits independently while remaining linked to their sponsor.
• Sponsor dashboard tools: Sponsors can view and manage their sponsored members directly from their dashboard, giving them oversight and control over the group.
• Customizable email notifications: Automatic emails go to sponsors and sponsored members for actions like renewals, signups and cancellations, so everyone stays informed.
