Paid Memberships Pro - Force Profile Completion

Membership sites often end up with half-empty profiles. Members sign up, skip optional fields, and you are left without the details you need for personalized offers, events or communication. This plugin addresses that by tying access to profile completeness. You choose the required fields, and members who have not filled them in are limited until they do.

The plugin works within your existing Paid Memberships Pro setup. It sends prompts and reminders that guide members to update their profiles, and the required fields can differ by membership level. Administrators can see who has completed their profile and who has not, which makes follow-up simple. The completion process also works on phones and tablets.

Features

• Customizable required fields: Choose which profile fields members must complete, so you collect the exact information your site needs for personalized member interactions.
• Access limited until completion: Members cannot reach protected content until their profile meets your completeness criteria, which keeps restricted content tied to the data you require.
• Works with Paid Memberships Pro: The plugin is built to run alongside an existing Paid Memberships Pro setup, so profile rules sit within the membership management you already use.
• Prompts and reminders: Members receive clear messages about incomplete profiles, which points them to the fields they still need to update.
• Rules per membership level: Set different required fields for different membership levels or site needs, which suits sites with varied membership structures.
• Mobile-friendly completion: Members on any device can fill in their profiles without extra hurdles, whether they use a phone, tablet or desktop.
• Admin completion visibility: The admin dashboard shows profile completion status, so site administrators can review members and follow up with those who are missing details.
• Better member data quality: Required fields help keep your member database accurate and complete, which supports targeted offers, events and content delivery.
