Paid Memberships Pro - Events Add On

Many membership sites offer content but have no simple way to run events for their members. This add-on fills that gap. It works with Paid Memberships Pro, so the membership data you already have decides who can view and register for each event, and you can schedule and manage everything from your WordPress dashboard.

You can host webinars, workshops, virtual meetups or in-person gatherings, including hybrid formats. Each event gets its own page with a description, agenda and media. Members sign up with built-in RSVP tools and receive email reminders. Reports show participation, which helps when planning later events for your community.

Features

• Member-only event access: Restrict events by membership level, so only the members you choose can view and join a given event. This keeps certain gatherings exclusive to specific groups.
• Paid Memberships Pro integration: Existing membership data is used for event registration and access control, so you work with the levels you have already set up in Paid Memberships Pro.
• Event scheduling and management: Create and manage event dates, times and locations directly from the WordPress dashboard, keeping all of your community events organized in one place.
• Customizable event pages: Build detailed event pages with descriptions, agendas and multimedia content, giving members the information they need before they decide to register.
• Registration and RSVP tools: Members can sign up for events with built-in RSVP functionality, which makes attendance tracking and communication with registrants simpler for administrators.
• Automated member notifications: Send email reminders and updates to registered attendees so members stay informed about the events they have signed up for.
• Calendar plugin integration: Events can sync with popular WordPress calendar tools, which makes it easier for members to browse and see what is scheduled.
• Reports and multiple formats: View member participation and event popularity, and host virtual, in-person or hybrid events. The design is mobile-friendly, so members can browse and register from any device.
