Overview

A membership site often relies on other people to spread the word. Tracking who sent each new member, and what they are owed, gets messy fast when it happens in spreadsheets. This add-on moves that work into the same admin area where you already manage your memberships, so referrals, affiliates and commissions sit in one place.

Affiliates get their own dashboard to follow their referrals, commissions and performance. You set the commission rates, review reports on affiliate activity and membership conversions, and keep track of which orders have been paid. It fits course platforms, subscription services and exclusive content sites that want to reward the people who bring in new members.

Features

  • Referral tracking: Monitor affiliate-led membership sign-ups and conversions, so you can see which affiliates are bringing in new members and how your referral efforts are doing.
  • Single admin workflow: Manage affiliates and memberships together inside the Paid Memberships Pro environment, without switching between separate tools to keep records in step.
  • Custom commission rates: Set commission rates yourself and let the plugin calculate and track payments automatically, which saves time and cuts down on manual errors.
  • Affiliate dashboard: Affiliates can log in to their own dashboard to check their referrals, commissions and performance metrics without needing to ask you for updates.
  • Personalized referral links: Affiliates can generate their own referral URLs, which makes it simple for them to promote your membership site to their audiences.
  • Reports and analytics: Review reports on affiliate activity and membership conversions to judge how each affiliate performs and decide where to focus your marketing.
  • Multi-level affiliate support: Affiliates can recruit sub-affiliates and earn commissions from multiple levels, which suits programs that want referral networks to grow through several tiers.
  • Email notifications: Affiliates receive automatic emails about new referrals, commission payments and other updates, which keeps them informed about their activity.
