Ninja Forms Trello

Many sites collect inquiries, support requests or project briefs through a form, and someone then has to copy those details into a task board by hand. Ninja Forms Trello removes that step. When a visitor submits a form, the plugin creates a card on the Trello board and list you picked, filled with the details from the submission.

You connect your Trello account from the Ninja Forms dashboard, then choose the organization, board and list for each form. The card name and description can pull from your form fields. You can also set default members, apply labels and decide where the card sits in the list. Files uploaded through the form can be attached to the card, so documents stay with the task.
