Ninja Forms ClickSend SMS

Email notifications are easy to miss. If a lead, support request or order comes in through a form, you may not see it for hours. This plugin adds SMS to the process: when someone submits a Ninja Forms form, a text message goes out through your ClickSend account, so the right person hears about it right away.

Setup needs no coding. You write the message in the form settings and can pull in data from the form fields, which makes each text relevant to the submission. Messages can go to you, a sales or support team, or the customer who filled in the form. It works with any Ninja Forms form on your site, so one approach covers contact forms, support forms and order-related forms alike.

Features

• Instant SMS on submission: A text message is sent as soon as a form is submitted, so you can respond quickly to new leads, support inquiries and sales.
• ClickSend integration: The plugin connects Ninja Forms to the ClickSend SMS platform, so messages are sent through ClickSend directly from your WordPress site.
• No SMS character limit: Very long messages are split automatically into multiple SMS, so the whole message is delivered without being cut off.
• Form fields in messages: Include specific form data in the text to personalize each notification and make it more informative for whoever receives it.
• No coding required: Configure your SMS alerts through a simple setup, with no programming skills or technical background needed.
• Alerts for staff or customers: Send custom texts to yourself, your sales team, your support team or customers, such as ticket notices and confirmations.
• Sales and payment messages: Get notified of new sales and send customers payment confirmations that include shipping details.
• Works across multiple forms: Use ClickSend SMS on any Ninja Forms form on your site, so different forms can each trigger their own messages.
