NEX-Forms - Digital Signatures Add-on

Paper agreements slow things down. Someone has to print, sign, scan and send a document back. This add-on moves that step onto your website. You add a signature field to a NEX-Forms form, and the person filling it in signs with their finger or mouse on their own device. It suits contracts, approvals and any form where a personal sign-off matters.

Once a form is submitted, the signature appears clearly in the notification email and is saved in the WordPress backend, so you can look it up later. If you also use the PDF Creator add-on for NEX-Forms, signatures can be placed into PDF attachments and exports, which is handy for printable agreements and tidy record-keeping. The add-on needs NEX-Forms to work.

Features

• Signature fields in forms: Add a signature field to your NEX-Forms forms so people can sign directly on your website as part of an approval or agreement.
• Signing on any device: Users sign on their own device, and the field is designed to work across desktop and mobile screens, including retina resolutions.
• Signatures in email notifications: The captured signature is included in your form notification emails, so recipients can see the signed result right away.
• Backend record of submissions: Signed submissions are saved in the WordPress backend, where you can view them later for reference and record-keeping.
• PDF embedding with PDF Creator: When paired with the PDF Creator add-on, signatures can be inserted into PDF email attachments and exports for printable contracts.
• Customizable signature fields: Adjust signature fields to fit your branding and form structure, so they look consistent with the rest of your form.
• Simple form editing: Signature fields are enabled through the NEX-Forms editor, so you can set them up without technical expertise.
• Works with other NEX-Forms add-ons: The add-on combines with existing NEX-Forms add-ons such as PDF Creator, which extends what you can do with signed documents.
