Newsletter - WP Users Pro Addon

Keeping a mailing list in step with a growing user base takes effort. People sign up, change their details, and the subscriber list drifts out of date. This addon removes that gap by sending every new user registration and profile update to your Newsletter subscribers automatically. It works with the WP Users Pro plugin and the Newsletter plugin, so the three share one consistent set of contacts.

Once users are in your list, you can tailor email content to their WordPress roles and preferences. That lets you write different campaigns for different parts of your audience. Settings are managed from the WordPress dashboard, so there is no separate system to learn. It fits membership sites, online stores and community websites that already email their registered users.

Features

• Automatic user synchronization: Each new WordPress user is added to your Newsletter subscriber list as they register, so your mailing list stays accurate without manual entry.
• Profile updates carried over: When a user edits their profile, the matching subscriber details are updated automatically, keeping your email data consistent with what is on your site.
• Role-based segmentation: Segment subscribers by WordPress user role, so you can send targeted campaigns to different groups of members or customers.
• Personalized email content: Tailor the content of your newsletters to user roles and preferences, so each segment receives messages that suit its interests.
• Managed from the dashboard: Control synchronization settings and user subscription preferences directly inside your WordPress dashboard, with no external tools needed.
• Works with WP Users Pro: Built to work alongside the WP Users Pro plugin and the Newsletter plugin, so users and subscribers are handled in one connected setup.
• Fewer errors and duplicates: Registration forms, profile updates and mailing list synchronization stay consistent with each other, which helps reduce errors and duplicate subscribers.
• Lightweight operation: The addon is built to run without slowing down your WordPress site, so it can sit quietly in the background of your email workflow.
