myCred Wheel of Fortune

Sites that run a points system often need ways for users to actually earn those points. This add-on turns rewards into a small game of chance. You set up the wheel, decide what each slice awards, and users spin to see what they win. Prizes can include points, badges and other rewards you define.

The wheel is built around the myCred ecosystem, so it fits sites that already manage points with myCred. You control the layout and display to match your design, and you can offer a free daily spin to encourage repeat visits. It works on a single WordPress site or across a multisite network.

Features

• Unlimited prize slices: Add as many segments to the wheel as you like. Each slice can offer its own reward or points, so you can build a varied set of prizes.
• Points, badges and other prizes: Users spin to win points, badges and other prizes, which ties the game directly into the rewards you already give through myCred.
• Full layout control: Adjust the wheel's appearance and positioning so it matches the design of your website.
• Free daily spins: Offer each user a free spin every day to give them a reason to return to your site.
• Shortcode support: Place the wheel anywhere on your site with a simple shortcode, which gives you flexibility over where users find it.
• Targeted display options: Show the prize wheel only on the specific pages or posts you choose, so you can place the game where it fits best.
• Single and multisite compatibility: Use the plugin on one WordPress website or across a multisite installation, depending on how your sites are set up.

Best for

• WordPress sites already using the myCred points system
• Community sites that want a daily reason for users to return
