Accommodation sites collect guest emails at every reservation, but those addresses often stay in the booking system. This extension moves them into Mailchimp audiences. Guests can be added when a booking is confirmed, whether the booking is paid or free, and a checkbox at checkout lets them opt in to your mailing list.

Once the data is in Mailchimp, you can sort subscribers with tags and segments, send automated campaigns, and follow up with booking receipts or reminders for unfinished reservations. Booking and revenue history syncs to Mailchimp for reporting. You can also import contacts from past bookings when you first set it up, and turn automatic subscriptions on or off at any time.
