Appointment Booking Video Conferencing

Running virtual appointments usually means creating a meeting by hand, copying the link and sending it to the client. This addon removes those steps. When a customer books a slot, a unique video meeting link is generated for the platform you chose, and the details go out in the booking notifications.

It works inside your booking system and is managed from the WordPress admin area. You can adjust booking forms, time slots and meeting parameters to match your services. Time zones are handled automatically, which helps when clients are in different places. It suits coaches, consultants, therapists and other professionals who meet clients online.

Features

• Automatic video link creation: A unique meeting URL is created for Zoom, Google Meet or a similar platform each time an appointment is booked, so you do not have to set up calls yourself.
• Multiple video platforms: Several video conferencing platforms are supported, which lets you pick the one that fits how you and your clients prefer to meet.
• Email and SMS notifications: Customized email or SMS messages carry the video call details to clients, and reminders help reduce missed appointments.
• Private meeting links: Each generated video link is unique and protected, which helps keep sessions private and limits access to the people invited.
• Admin dashboard for sessions: Virtual appointments can be managed and tracked from an interface built into your WordPress admin panel, next to your regular bookings.
• Customizable booking experience: Booking forms, time slots and meeting parameters can be tailored to suit your service offerings and the preferences of your clients.
• Time zone synchronization: Appointment times and video call schedules adjust automatically to different client locations, so both sides see the correct time for the session.
• Mobile responsive booking: Clients and service providers can book and join virtual appointments from any device, including phones and tablets.
