MemberPress MailPoet

Membership site owners often keep member records in one place and their email list in another. Moving data between the two by hand takes time, and it tends to produce generic messages sent to everyone. MemberPress MailPoet connects the two so member data and membership levels reach MailPoet without manual imports.

Once connected, members receive tags based on their purchases and status. You can use those tags to segment your list and send relevant messages such as welcome emails, renewal reminders, course updates and exclusive content. The plugin suits course sites, premium content portals and private communities that want email handled alongside their membership setup, with little configuration needed to get started.

Features

• Automatic member data sync: Member data and membership levels move from MemberPress to MailPoet on their own, so you can build targeted email campaigns without importing lists by hand.
• Dynamic tagging: Tags are assigned and updated based on membership purchases and status, which lets you segment your audience and personalize the emails each group receives.
• Automated email workflows: Welcome emails, renewal notifications and membership updates can be triggered automatically, keeping members informed at the right moments in their membership.
• MailPoet email builder: Design responsive newsletters and drip campaigns directly in MailPoet, written for the particular members of your site.
• Plan-based communication: Send timely content, exclusive offers and educational materials that line up with the membership plan each subscriber holds.
• Use of member insights: Information captured through MemberPress can guide how you shape your email strategy, so campaigns reflect what you know about your members.
• Minimal setup: The plugin is designed to work out of the box with little configuration, so you can begin emailing members without technical work.
