MemberPress Downloads

Membership sites often need to hand out files, and sending them by hand or through outside platforms gets messy. MemberPress Downloads keeps the files inside your WordPress dashboard, where you can upload, organize and update them. Access follows the same membership rules you already use for the rest of your site, so protecting a file does not need a separate system.

Because it is an add-on, it works with an existing MemberPress setup. You can assign downloads to specific membership levels or groups, which lets you match each file to the audience it is meant for. It also fits alongside other MemberPress tools, including MemberPress Courses, Easy Affiliate, MemberPress Gifting and Order Bumps, so downloadable products can be part of a wider membership offer.

Features

• Files protected by membership rules: Downloadable files sit behind MemberPress membership rules, so only members with the right access can reach them. This helps prevent unauthorized sharing of your content.
• Assign downloads to levels: Connect each download to specific membership levels or groups. This lets you target digital content to the members it is meant for.
• Upload and organize in WordPress: Add, organize and update your downloadable content from the WordPress dashboard, without setting up a separate file hosting solution.
• Many file types: Offer ebooks, PDFs, videos, software or other media files to your members through the same add-on.
• Simple member access: Members can view and download files directly from your site, so they reach their content without extra steps outside your membership area.
• Works with MemberPress: It extends your existing MemberPress membership site and fits with other add-ons such as MemberPress Courses and Easy Affiliate.
• Pairs with Gifting and Order Bumps: Combine downloads with MemberPress Gifting and Order Bumps to promote downloadable products alongside your other membership offers.
• Exclusive content in premium plans: Include downloads as part of premium plans or special bundles, giving members exclusive files tied to the plan they chose.
