MemberPress Cancel Override

When a member tries to cancel, most membership sites simply end the subscription. MemberPress Cancel Override gives you a chance to respond first. The add-on catches the cancellation attempt automatically and redirects the member to a page you design, so you can present an alternative that might change their mind.

The plugin works with MemberPress Plus plans. You set up the redirect offers in a user-friendly interface, then track cancellations and see how members respond through built-in analytics. Those insights help you adjust your retention approach over time. It fits membership sites that want a structured way to handle members who are thinking about leaving.
