Gravity Forms Entry Assets Add-On

Forms that collect documents, images or contracts pile up files fast, and opening entries one by one to fetch each upload gets slow. Gravity Forms Entry Assets Add-On handles this from the Entries list. You select the entries you need and download their file uploads together as a single ZIP archive.

You stay in control of what goes into the archive. A "Bulk Asset?" setting on File Upload fields lets you choose which fields are included. The plugin also works with Gravity Flow, so you can pull files from the Status page and export timeline notes. Large jobs run in the background with a progress dialog, so big selections do not tie up the screen.

• Gravity Flow Status support: Bulk downloads also work from the Gravity Flow Status page, so workflow entries can be collected the same way as regular entries.
• Opt-in field selection: A "Bulk Asset?" setting on File Upload fields means only the fields you choose are included in ZIP downloads.
• Entry notes export: Export Gravity Forms entry notes as HTML or CSV when you need a record of the comments attached to entries.
• Gravity Flow timeline export: Gravity Flow timeline notes can be exported as HTML or CSV, giving you a readable history of a workflow.
• Select all matching search: Use "Select all matching search" on the Entries list so a download covers every entry that fits your current filter.
• Background job processing: Jobs run in chunks with a progress dialog and cancel support. Expired jobs are cleaned up automatically.
• Protected temporary files: Downloads stream through an authenticated admin-ajax action. Temporary files sit outside HTTP reach and are deleted after the download.
