Give Salesforce closes that gap by passing donor information, donations and subscription data from your WordPress site into Salesforce NPSP, so both systems describe the same supporters.

You connect the two with a login and a connection button, with no Zapier needed. After that, new GiveWP donors appear in Salesforce as Contacts. Donors are matched by email address, so existing contacts are updated with new gift information instead of duplicated. Recurring gifts are supported as well, which lets you follow first donations and later renewals inside Salesforce.
