Give GoCardless Gateway

Card payments carry network fees, and cards expire. Give GoCardless Gateway addresses both by taking donations through Direct Debit instead. Money moves from the donor's bank account to your organization, so card network fees do not apply. Because Direct Debit mandates do not expire the way credit cards do, recurring gifts are less likely to fail when a card runs out.

The gateway is an add-on for GiveWP, so it fits sites that already run donation forms with that plugin. It works with GiveWP's Recurring Donations add-on for subscription-style giving. Connection to GoCardless does not need an API key, and settings can be adjusted to suit a campaign. A sandbox lets you test payments before you go live, which helps when you want the donor experience checked first.
