Formidable PDFs

Form entries often need to live outside the website. A client wants a copy of what they submitted, an office needs a printed record, or a team has to archive responses for compliance. Formidable PDFs handles this by generating a PDF from each submission, so the data is easy to keep, share and print without copying it by hand.

The plugin works inside Formidable Forms. You design the PDF layout with your logo, fonts, colors and structure, and the documents come out consistent every time. Visitors can download a copy of what they sent, and PDFs can be emailed to administrators, users or third parties through your form workflows. It suits any site that treats form entries as records.

Features

• Automatic PDF conversion: Form submissions are transformed into PDF documents that are ready to share, download and print, so nobody has to rebuild entry data in another file by hand.
• Customizable PDF templates: Design the PDF layout to match your brand, including logos, fonts, colors and the overall structure of the page.
• Downloadable copies for users: Visitors can download a PDF of their submitted form right away, which works well as a personal record or a confirmation of what they sent.
• Print-ready documents: PDFs are generated with printing in mind, which suits contracts, applications and other formal documents that need a clean paper copy.
• Email sharing through workflows: Send generated PDFs by email to administrators, users or third parties directly from your form workflows, without extra manual steps.
• Support for Formidable form fields: Complex entries containing text, files, checkboxes and other field types are converted into structured PDFs while keeping the submitted data intact.
• Archiving and record-keeping: Store responses as PDFs to organize them more easily, which helps when you need tidy records for compliance or internal files.
• Automation-friendly PDF creation: PDF generation can be built into automated tasks, which reduces the manual work involved in handling and distributing form entries.
