Formidable MailPoet Newsletters

Many sites collect leads through forms and then copy those contacts into a separate email tool. This plugin removes that step. When someone fills out a Formidable form, the respondent can be added automatically to a MailPoet list you choose, and your lists stay current as new entries arrive.

Because the plugin works alongside MailPoet's editor, you design newsletters with its drag-and-drop builder and templates, with no coding. You can also sort subscribers into categories based on how they answered a form, which helps when different readers should get different campaigns. It fits sites that already use Formidable Forms and want email marketing in the same WordPress dashboard.

Features

• Formidable Forms and MailPoet link: Synchronizes data from your Formidable forms with your MailPoet subscriber lists, so you do not need to import contacts manually.
• Automatic list building: New form respondents are added to the email lists you target, which keeps lead capture and list segmentation in one workflow.
• Customizable newsletter templates: Build mobile-responsive newsletters that match your brand identity using templates you can adjust to your own look.
• Drag-and-drop editor compatibility: Use MailPoet's visual editor to design email content without any coding knowledge.
• Conditional subscriber categories: Segment subscribers based on their form responses so campaigns can be more personalized to each group.
• Real-time subscriber sync: Mailing lists update as entries come in, so your messages reach the right audience with current data.
• Reporting and analytics: Built-in analytics let you monitor newsletter campaign performance and adjust your approach over time.
• Opt-in and privacy controls: GDPR compliant features include opt-in controls to help you handle subscriber data responsibly, and the plugin supports multi-site and multi-list management.
