Formidable Form Action Automation

Forms often lead to repetitive follow-up work. Someone has to send the confirmation, time the next message or pass the data along. Formidable Form Action Automation takes over those jobs for sites that already run Formidable Forms, whether the forms handle customer inquiries, registrations or lead generation.

The plugin includes a scheduler where you set the timing and conditions for each form action. Rules can respond to what a visitor entered in the form or to external variables. It works natively with Formidable Forms and uses a dashboard that does not require coding, so site owners can set up and adjust automations on their own.

Features

• Scheduled form submissions: Set form data entries to be submitted at specific times. This suits timed surveys, contests and drip campaigns that need to run on a planned schedule.
• Automated notifications: Send emails, SMS or other alerts automatically, triggered by user interaction or by a schedule, so people get a prompt response without anyone sending it by hand.
• Conditional workflow rules: Build automation rules based on form input or external variables. This lets you create tailored user journeys and processes instead of one fixed response for everyone.
• Native Formidable Forms support: The plugin is designed to work directly with Formidable Forms, so setup does not call for coding and it fits into the forms you already have.
• Time zone awareness: Schedule actions according to user or site time zones, so timing stays accurate for audiences in different parts of the world.
• Custom action hooks: Extend your workflows by triggering third-party API calls or custom scripts as part of an automated action, when a built-in step is not enough.
• Clean automation dashboard: Set up and adjust automation rules in an intuitive dashboard that does not require technical expertise, which keeps changes quick for non-developers.
