Overview

Long forms tend to overwhelm visitors, and static fields can feel cold. Formidable Conversational Forms addresses this by breaking a form into manageable steps and presenting them as a dialogue. Each answer can shape the next question through conditional logic, so people only see what applies to them. Progress indicators show how far along they are.

The plugin is built as an add-on for Formidable Forms, so you extend forms you already have without extra coding. A drag-and-drop builder handles setup, and styling options let you match the forms to your brand. It suits lead capture, surveys and feedback forms, and it is built to work on smartphones and tablets as well as desktops.

Features

  • Chat-style form design: Forms appear as an interactive, multi-step conversation that feels natural and friendly, replacing the usual page of static fields.
  • Conditional logic flows: Questions adapt to what each user enters, so people see personalized prompts and the answers you collect stay relevant.
  • Multi-step layouts: Lengthy forms are split into smaller steps, which reduces overwhelm and keeps the path through the form easy to follow.
  • Mobile-ready experience: Conversational forms are optimized to work across devices, including smartphones and tablets, so visitors can respond comfortably on any screen.
  • Customizable styling and themes: Flexible design options let you match the look of each form to your brand identity for a cohesive appearance.
  • Real-time field validation: Users get instant feedback on their entries, which helps cut down errors and improves the quality of the data you collect.
  • Progress indicators: Visitors can see how far along they are in the form, which encourages them to finish rather than drop off.
  • Works with Formidable Forms: Add conversational capabilities to your existing Formidable Forms setup using a drag-and-drop builder, with no extra coding required.
