Formidable Abandonment

Many visitors start a form and leave before they submit it. Without a record of what they entered, that contact is gone. Formidable Abandonment watches form interactions in real time and keeps the partial entries, so you can see who began a form and where they stopped. The tool is built to work with Formidable Forms inside your WordPress dashboard.

Once partial entries are saved, you can send targeted follow-up emails to people who did not finish. Email templates can be customized, so the message fits your audience and the form in question. Reports on abandoned entries help you spot forms that need changes. The interface is meant for marketers and developers, and setup does not require coding.

Features

• Real-time interaction tracking: The plugin follows how users interact with your forms as they fill them in, so partial entries are captured before the visitor leaves the page.
• Partial entry capture: Incomplete submissions are saved, giving you a record of leads who started a form but never reached the submit button.
• Automated follow-up emails: Send emails to users who did not complete a form, inviting them to return and finish their submission without manual outreach.
• Customizable email templates: Edit the templates used for follow-up messages so the wording matches your audience and the purpose of each form.
• Abandonment analytics and reports: Review detailed reports on abandoned entries to see where visitors drop off and decide which forms to adjust.
• Multi-form support: Track abandonment across all your forms, from simple contact forms to longer application pages, using one plugin.
• Formidable Forms integration: Abandoned leads are managed inside your WordPress dashboard alongside Formidable Forms, so there is no separate tool to learn.
• GDPR-compliant data handling: User information is captured and stored with privacy and security in mind, following GDPR-compliant data handling.
