FacetWP - Relevanssi integration

Standard WordPress search often returns results in date or alphabetical order, which makes it hard to find the right item on a large site. Relevanssi builds its own search index and ranks results by relevancy. FacetWP adds facets that let visitors narrow a result set. This add-on joins the two, so a search and a set of filters work on the same results.

It works with both the free and premium versions of Relevanssi, though Relevanssi Light is not supported. Visitors can filter results by categories, tags, custom fields, date ranges and more. That suits e-commerce stores, recipe blogs, real estate listings and other content-rich sites where people need both a good search and clear ways to refine it.

Features

• Relevanssi search with FacetWP: Combines FacetWP's faceted filtering with Relevanssi's search indexing, so filters apply to results that Relevanssi has already ranked for relevance.
• Free and premium Relevanssi: Works with Relevanssi and Relevanssi Premium, so you can choose the version that fits your site. Relevanssi Light is excluded.
• Dynamic faceted filtering: Visitors can filter search results in real time by categories, tags, custom fields, date ranges and other criteria.
• Relevance-ranked results: Uses Relevanssi's custom search index to order results by relevancy instead of only by date or alphabetical order.
• Custom post types and fields: Handles complex content structures built with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) and custom post types, so filtering can cover them.
• Hooks, filters and REST API: Developers get extensive hooks, filters and REST API support for customizing the integration within an existing WordPress setup.
• Responsive and accessible: The search and filter experience is responsive and includes accessibility support, so it works across devices and for different visitors.
