Everest Forms SMS Notifications

Email alerts are easy to miss. If you run appointment bookings, a support portal or an online store, a form submission can sit unread while the person on the other end waits. This extension sends an SMS as soon as a form is submitted, so you and your users learn about it without checking an inbox or a dashboard.

The plugin connects to SMS gateways, and you write the message content yourself to fit each situation, such as a simple notice, a booking confirmation or an urgent alert. Settings and notification rules live inside the Everest Forms dashboard, so you set everything up without coding. It fits sites that already use Everest Forms and want a faster channel for follow-up.

Features

• Instant SMS alerts: A text message goes out as soon as a form is submitted, so new submissions reach your phone or your user's phone without anyone checking email.
• Customizable message templates: Write the SMS content yourself and include form data and dynamic variables, so each message is relevant and clear for the person receiving it.
• Multiple recipient support: Send a notification to several users or administrators at the same time, so everyone who needs to know is informed together.
• SMS gateway integration: Connect the plugin to SMS service providers so messages are delivered to mobile devices through the gateway you choose.
• Conditional SMS triggers: Set conditions so a text is sent only for specific form entries or user responses, which cuts down on unnecessary messages.
• Setup inside Everest Forms: Configure SMS settings and notification rules in the familiar Everest Forms dashboard. No coding is needed to get messages running.
• Appointment confirmation alerts: Automate appointment confirmations or reminders by text, which helps keep scheduling clear for both the business and the customer.
• Team notifications: Alert team members promptly when a submission needs immediate action, so follow-ups and approvals are not held up waiting on email.
