Eventin Facebook Addon

Running events on WordPress and promoting them on Facebook usually means entering the same information twice. Dates change, a cancellation happens, and one platform ends up out of date. Eventin Facebook Addon addresses this by connecting the events you create in Eventin Pro with your Facebook page or group, so the details match in both places.

Once the connection to the Facebook API is set up, events you create or update in WordPress are reflected on Facebook. Featured images and galleries go along with them, and RSVPs can be synchronized so you track participants in one system. It can sync multiple Eventin Pro events at the same time, which suits organizers and venues with a busy calendar.

Features

• Automatic event syncing: Event details from your WordPress site are sent to your Facebook page or group, so the information shown on both sides stays current without retyping.
• Photo integration: Event featured images and galleries are uploaded to the matching Facebook events automatically, giving each listing visuals without a separate upload step.
• RSVP synchronization: Attendee responses are synchronized between Facebook and your WordPress event system, which gives you one place to follow who is planning to come.
• Real-time updates: Changes and cancellations made to events on your website show up on Facebook right away, which reduces confusion for people following the event.
• Simple setup interface: A user-friendly interface handles the connection to the Facebook API and the addon setup, so no custom coding is needed to get started.
• Facebook social interaction: Because events live on Facebook, attendees can use likes, comments and shares that are linked directly to your events.
• Multiple events at once: Several Eventin Pro events can be synced at the same time, which helps organizers and venues who run many events in parallel.
• Page or group publishing: Choose to connect events to your Facebook page or group, so announcements reach the audience you already maintain on the platform.

Best for

• Eventin Pro users who promote events on Facebook
• Venues and organizers running many events at once
