Easy Digital Downloads - Reviews

Shoppers who buy digital products cannot see or hold the item first, so the experiences of earlier buyers matter. This plugin gives your EDD store a place to collect that feedback. Customers fill in a review form with a star rating and written comments, and the reviews appear on your product pages as social proof for new visitors.

Behind the scenes, moderation and approval workflows help you keep review quality up and spam out. You can show review summaries, featured testimonials and user ratings, and send automated review request emails after a purchase. The plugin works with popular page builders and themes, supports multiple languages, and includes an analytics dashboard for review trends and customer sentiment.
