Easy Digital Downloads - ActiveCampaign

Store owners who sell with EDD often keep customer data in one place and email lists in another. Moving that data by hand takes time and invites mistakes. Easy Digital Downloads – ActiveCampaign links the two so customer information and purchase details sync directly into ActiveCampaign, which keeps your marketing lists accurate without manual entry.

Once the data is in ActiveCampaign, you can segment contacts by purchase history, behavior and custom tags, then trigger emails such as welcome sequences, cart abandonment reminders and post-purchase follow-ups. Field mapping lets you decide how EDD data lands in ActiveCampaign. The plugin works with any WordPress site running Easy Digital Downloads and with the payment gateways your store already uses.

• Automatic customer data sync: Customer data and purchase details move from your EDD store into ActiveCampaign automatically, which removes manual data entry and keeps your marketing lists accurate.
