Directorist - BuddyBoss Integration

A directory and a community often run as two separate parts of one site. Users keep one profile for listings and another for social features, and administrators end up reconciling the two by hand. Directorist – BuddyBoss Integration addresses this by linking Directorist and BuddyBoss so user data stays consistent in both.

Once connected, users can create, edit and manage their listings from their BuddyBoss profiles. They can also use BuddyBoss social features such as activity feeds, private messaging and groups around those listings. Notifications keep them informed about approvals and updates. It fits business directories, membership sites and community-driven marketplaces.

Features

• User profile synchronization: Profiles in Directorist and BuddyBoss are kept in step, so members see consistent and current information wherever they view their account on your site.
• Listings managed from profiles: Users can create, edit and manage their directory listings directly from their BuddyBoss profiles, which keeps listing tasks inside the community area they already use.
• Social features around listings: BuddyBoss activity feeds, private messaging and groups can be used to start conversations and interaction around the listings in your directory.
• Real-time notifications: Users are notified about listing approvals, updates and community activity, so they know what is happening with their listings without checking manually.
• Automated data sync: Updates pass automatically between Directorist and BuddyBoss, which removes manual synchronization work and keeps data accurate on both sides.
• Customizable integration settings: Configuration options let you adjust how the integration behaves so it matches the needs of your particular community and directory.
• Directory and social in one interface: Directory services and social networking sit together on a single platform, giving users one place to navigate instead of two separate areas.
