FWD Ultimate Video Player

Putting video on a WordPress site often means mixing embeds from different platforms with files you host yourself. This plugin brings them into one player. It handles MP4, WebM, Ogg and other formats, and it streams from YouTube and Vimeo, so a single player style can cover all your video content on every page.

You place videos with shortcodes, so adding one to a post or page takes little effort. The layout is responsive and adjusts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens. Subtitles, playlists, autoplay and loop settings are available, and Google Analytics integration lets you see how viewers use your videos. It suits both simple blog use and more structured video pages.

Features

• Common video formats: Plays MP4, WebM, Ogg and other popular video formats, so you can use the files you already have on your site.
• YouTube and Vimeo streaming: Streams videos from YouTube and Vimeo, and also plays self-hosted files, so different video sources can share one player.
• Customizable skins: Change the look of the player to match your brand or the style of your website.
• Responsive layout: The player adjusts to different screen sizes, from large desktops to tablets and smartphones.
• Subtitle and caption support: Add subtitles in multiple languages so more viewers can follow your videos and understand the content.
• Google Analytics integration: Connects with Google Analytics so you can track viewer behavior and video performance.
