MediaPress - Upload Terms of Service

Community sites that accept photos, videos and other files from members need a clear way to state what is allowed. This plugin gives administrators a place to write customizable upload terms that users must agree to before submitting media. Expectations are set up front, which helps keep uploads in line with your site's content guidelines and community standards.

The plugin works with MediaPress and BuddyPress, so the agreement fits into the existing upload flow. Users see the terms in a clear format and accept them, and the site owner gets documented consent for user-generated content. Administrators manage the terms from an admin panel, which keeps ongoing changes simple to handle.
