MediaPress - Paid Memberships Pro Storage Limit

Sites that let members upload photos, videos and other files can run into storage problems fast. A few heavy users can fill a server, and every member ends up with the same freedom no matter which plan they chose. This plugin ties upload space to the membership levels you already manage in Paid Memberships Pro, so storage follows the plan.

You set a storage cap for each level from a settings panel. MediaPress users then upload within that cap, and the plugin restricts further uploads once the quota is used up. Administrators can also review how much space each user has consumed, which helps when deciding on membership upgrades or content policies. It fits community sites, course sites and content sharing sites built on membership tiers.

Features

• Storage limits by level: Assign a separate storage quota to each Paid Memberships Pro level, so higher tiers can receive more upload space than lower ones.
• Works with MediaPress: Members upload media through MediaPress as usual, and the plugin applies the storage limit to those uploads without changing how the gallery tools are used.
• Paid Memberships Pro compatibility: The plugin is built to work with Paid Memberships Pro, so your existing levels become the basis for storage rules instead of a separate system.
• Simple admin settings panel: Configure and update storage limits from one straightforward settings panel, which keeps ongoing management quick when your membership levels change.
• Automatic upload restriction: Once a user exceeds the assigned quota, further uploads are restricted automatically, so limits are applied evenly across members without manual checks.
• Per-user usage tracking: Monitor how much storage each user is consuming. This gives you the information to decide on membership upgrades or adjust content policies.
• Support for common file types: Handles the common media file formats users upload, so the storage limits apply across the different kinds of content people share on your site.
