MediaPress - Paid Memberships Pro Restrictions

Membership sites often have media that should only reach certain people, such as a photo portfolio, a video library or audio releases. This plugin connects Paid Memberships Pro levels to that media, so access follows the plan a member has. Visitors without the right level cannot view the protected items, which gives them a clear reason to upgrade.

Setup happens through an interface that needs no coding. You can restrict a whole media gallery or pick individual items, and you can update permissions as your membership offerings change. The plugin is built for the BuddyDev ecosystem and works alongside MediaPress, so it fits community and social sites that already share media among members.

Features

• Restrict by membership level: Limit photos, videos and audio files to specific Paid Memberships Pro subscription levels, so exclusive media reaches only the premium members you choose.
• Works with Paid Memberships Pro: Membership plans link directly to media restrictions, which keeps access rules consistent with the levels you already manage on your site.
• Gallery or single item control: Choose whether to restrict an entire media gallery or individual media items, giving you precise control over what each member can see.
• Several media types: Protect images, videos and audio files, so one plugin covers the different kinds of premium content a membership site may offer.
• No coding required: An intuitive interface lets administrators set up membership restrictions on media quickly, whatever their technical level.
• BuddyDev compatibility: The plugin is designed to work within the BuddyDev ecosystem, alongside the social and community features built around MediaPress.
• Easy permission updates: Manage and change member permissions as your subscription offerings evolve, so your media access rules stay current.
• Light on site resources: The plugin is built to be lightweight and responsive, so protected media remains usable for members on any device.
