Bookly Apple Calendar (Add-on)

Anyone who takes bookings online and keeps a personal calendar knows the problem: two schedules that drift apart. Manual updates take time, and a missed entry can lead to a double booking. This add-on links Bookly with Apple Calendar so appointment data moves between them without retyping.

The sync runs in both directions. A change made in Bookly shows up in Apple Calendar, and a change made in Apple Calendar is reflected back in Bookly. You can also choose which booking types and notifications to sync, and schedules for multiple staff members can be handled, so each person sees their own bookings in their Apple Calendar.

Features

• Automatic real-time sync: Bookly appointments are updated on your Apple Calendar automatically, which helps reduce the risk of double bookings or missed meetings.
• Two-way calendar integration: Changes made in Apple Calendar are reflected back in Bookly, so your schedule stays consistent across both platforms.
• Support for multiple staff: Synchronize schedules for a whole team, so each member's bookings are visible and manageable in their own Apple Calendar.
• Customizable sync options: Choose which booking types and notifications to sync, giving you control over what appears in your calendar data.
• Quick configuration: The add-on has an intuitive interface, so you can connect your booking system with Apple Calendar in just a few clicks.
• Access on Apple devices: View your appointments from an iPhone, iPad or Mac, so your bookings are with you while you are out of the office.
• One place for bookings and events: Bookings sit alongside your personal events in Apple Calendar, which makes it easier to plan your day in a single view.
• Security during synchronization: The add-on is built with security standards intended to protect booking details and personal information while data syncs.
