Aelia Tax Display by Country handles this by identifying the visitor's country from their IP address through geolocation and applying the tax display setting you chose for that country. Shoppers do not need to do anything for the right prices to appear.

The plugin also works at checkout. It pre-selects the billing and shipping country from the detected location, which cuts down on input errors. Merchants can keep fixed prices that include taxes in every country, and visitors can declare tax exemption to see prices without tax.
