Pages by User Role for WordPress

Many sites have content that only some people should see: members-only articles, products for certain customers, or internal pages for staff. This plugin lets you set that up by user role. You choose which roles may view an item, and visitors without a matching role cannot open it.

Protected items also disappear from places where visitors might spot them. The plugin hides them from menus, search results and the blog roll, so each person sees a site that matches their permissions. Visitors who are turned away can be sent to a redirect URL, such as a login page. It works with WordPress custom menus, and access can also be set by username, which takes priority over roles.
