Fat Services Booking - Automated Booking and Online Scheduling

Service businesses often handle appointments by phone or message, which means a lot of back-and-forth. This plugin moves that work onto your website. You set up your locations, employees, services and extras, and the plugin finds the free time slots in each calendar so customers can choose one and book.

Behind the booking form, you keep track of customers, coupons and bookings in one interface. You can reschedule appointments, allow bookings that span several days, and export bookings to Google Calendar. It fits a single location or several branches, and suits salons, spas, clinics and consultants.

Features

• Automated online booking: Customers see the available time slots in each calendar and book the one they want on their own, which cuts down on manual scheduling.
• Multiple locations: Set up more than one business location, each with its own calendar, services, staff and schedules, so branches can be managed side by side.
• Employee and service setup: Create employee profiles and services, then add extras to each service so customers can tailor the appointment they book.
• Multi-day bookings: Customers can reserve appointments that run across several days, which suits extended treatments or longer consultations.
• Customer and booking management: Keep customer records and review bookings in one interface, and change or reschedule an appointment when plans shift.
• Coupon system: Create coupon codes and discounts that customers can apply as part of the booking flow.
• Google Calendar export: Export bookings to Google Calendar so your appointments also appear in the calendar you already check.
• Email notifications: Send customizable booking confirmations, reminders and updates to customers and staff by email.
